By accessing or using VulnHawk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use VulnHawk only to scan systems that you own or have explicit written permission from the owner to test. Unauthorized scanning is illegal in most jurisdictions and may result in criminal prosecution.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to scan systems you do not own or lack permission to test
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or access controls
- Use the Service to attack, overload, or disrupt any system
- Resell access to the Service without prior written agreement
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that scans will detect all vulnerabilities, nor that the absence of findings means a system is secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Panda Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
